We at Inter-Active are all about active travel and how we can get more people to travel actively, maintain the number of active travelers out there and improve the experience for everyone.

 

Our idea is based on getting more people to use modes of active travel by getting to travel in groups either by walking, running or cycling as well as multimodal journeys by incorporating public transport. Journeys from one place to another can be based on going to work, having a journey for fun or exercising.

 

Using our application, we can make communities safer. Traveling in groups is safer of course and if there are more people inclined to do so the consequence is safer community overall.

 

City councils can use our application to obtain routes that are most preferred, least preferred and safest ones deemed by our users to maintain and improve them where necessary.

 

We believe that actions of people rub off on to others so if we can get people to use modes of active travel together in groups more people will want to join because after all, no one wants to get left behind!
